Baadii is an arthouse based in Himachal Pradesh, India, focused on bringing earthen artistic endeavours to life. Grounded in a space where art is not an isolated activity, but a wholesome lived experience, Baadii is home for expressions that are steeped in the ethical and the elemental.

Incepted in 2018, Baadii has successfully produced a wide array of ground breaking exhibitions and easy to afford artworks, alongside running a variety of programs, all fostered in rural scapes.

Baadii champions slow, unstructured time—a deliberate pause, unhurried and rich with possibility. Collaborating with a diverse set of people as co- authors of narrarives, the journey of our expressions is shaped by attuning to the rhythms of nature, and merging them with people. The works at Baadii always inted to forge deep connections with the land that sustains them.

At Baadii, we celebrate the tactile and the traditional, contantly engaging and challenging norms, to come up with works that are questions, as well as solutions, in the larger context of life itself.
