  • Original artworks are unique and once sold, cannot be recreated.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless mentioned otherwise.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • We accept payments through major cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other Shopify-supported payment methods.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Processing time for orders is 3–5 business days. Custom or commissioned artwork may take longer.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of artwork, all sales of original art are final.

  • Prints may be returnable only if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Any request for return or replacement must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Order cancellations are allowed only before the item has been shipped.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any artwork or content is strictly prohibited.
